I just got a nice little recording setup last thursday for the grand piano and vocals consisting of a firewire mixer, a shure SM58 microphone and two omni boundary microphones (cheap ones) for the grand. The audio quality I'm getting out of it isn't the quality I want just yet so I'm waiting with sending recordings out into the world but it won't be too long before I figure out how to record.

Meanwhile enjoy this quick cover of Gavin DeGraw's "Belief" in the Stripped style. I tried recording several takes but every one of them got interrupted by either my dog barking, phone going off, doorbell ringing, stuff like that. I know this isn't my best take but I promise to record a better version once I get the recording gear in order. Hope you enjoy this video until then.
